Who Is This One?

Who is this holy stranger,
come into my life
to help me grow?

Who is this precious one
to whom I have pledged
both time and attention?

Who is this sacred being
blessing my days and nights
with sacred love?”

Is there anyone who
can open my eyes
to know who I am dealing with?

Will time reveal
my holy, sacred soul mate?
Or is this another companion on the way?

Surely God has blessed
our erstwhile time together;
So few minutes, we get to spend.
